The user of the website of CONSULTING INFORMATICO DE CANTABRIA, SL (from now onwards CIC) may enroll in any of CIC websites, providing certain personal details.

Also, the User is informed that he/she can exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition established in the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December 1999, of Personal Data Protection, by notifying CONSULTING INFORMATICO DE CANTABRIA S.L., C.I.F. B-39361019 and registered address at Cantabria Science and Technology Park (PCTCAN), Isabel Torres, 3, 39011 Santander-Cantabria.

Purposes

The collection and processing of Personal Data aims at the services requested by the user.

Completion of online registration forms, sending of curriculum and request for information or contact with experts, are compulsory.
Failure to provide requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy suppose the inability to receive the provision of services or a response to consultations.

Cessions

CIC will not transfer any User’s personal data to third parties.

Security measures

CIC has adopted the levels and measures of security for personal data protection by installing in its systems and files the necessary technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of data, avoid its loss, alteration and access.

Nevertheless, the User should be aware that security measures in Internet are not impregnable.

CIC may use Cookies that collect information regarding Users’ preferences. Cookies do not provide the name of the User or any other personal data, unless the user him/herself voluntarily provides them.
